Shipping
We are a small team at River Crossing, and will do our best to handle and dispatch orders from Tuesday - Friday, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Options
We offer flat rate shipping as per the below rates. Signatures will be required for delivery. Additional charges may apply according to the size and weight of the product.
Shipping within Canada:
- Standard: $20
- Express: $35
Shipping to USA (we ship to the 45 contiguous states only)
- Standard: $25
- Express: $35
Shipping International (not including USA):
- Express: $45
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply, including on all returns.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
We are excited to collaborate with our clients on customizations and/or product needs when possible and applicable. If you would like to inquire about a customization, or if you have a specific request, please contact us at hi@therc-shop.com. All custom pieces and/or custom orders will require complete pre-payment and are final sale.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely confident with your purchase. We encourage customers to reach out to us at hi@therc-shop.com or call us at 416 712 7282 should you have any questions related to products and/or sizing.
Online Returns
For online orders at full price, you may exchange or return items for store credit within 7 days after receiving the order. You must communicate your intent to return the item within 24 hours of receiving the order. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. Items that are returned that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back to the client at their cost. River Crossing reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our guidelines. All sale items, jewellery, apothecary, and intimate products including swimwear are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
In-Store Returns
In-store purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days, provided they are unused, are returned in the same condition as received, and contain all tags and packaging. All sale items, jewellery, apothecary, and intimate products including swimwear are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Returning Items and Fees
To facilitate your return, please email us at hi@therc-shop.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you are returning, the reason for the return, and whether you would like to do an exchange or store credit. Provided your return is approved, you will receive an email regarding your return status and a shipping label within 2 business days. Once you have your authorization and shipping label, please send the items back within 1 to 2 business days. Once your return is received in store and checked for condition, we will issue your exchange or store credit within 7 business days of return receipt. A $15 flat rate for the return will be deducted from the original amount to refund. Customers are responsible for all duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. River Crossing is not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
